SHOPPING
The Colker Company subscribes to a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Server
for our online shopping. This provides security and privacy for our customers
by submitting personal data, such as credit card information, through a
secure form that is encrypted en route.
To begin shopping, click the product category you are interested in
from the drop down list above. This will take you to that section
of the catalog. If you don't see the product you're looking for in this list,
please click PRODUCT INDEX on the main menu
at the top of this page. The PRODUCT INDEX
gives an alphabetical listing of our products. You can click on any product
to go to the ordering page for that product.
Some product categories list manufacturers on the first page. On any of these
master pages, click on a logo or name to view that manufacturer's products.
Other product sections begin directly with a listing of products available
in that category. Each listing includes a description of the product, price,
and an option to add that item to your shopping cart or buy it immediately.
ADD TO CART Icon 
This adds the selected item to your shopping cart while you continue to
shop. After adding all your selected items to your shopping cart, click on CHECKOUT
to complete your purchase. You may VIEW SHOPPING CART at any time
by clicking it - this will permit you to see all the items you have placed there.
BUY NOW Icon 
This provides expedited shopping should you need just one item.
Clicking this icon next to a product will put that product into your
shopping cart and immediately take you to the CHECKOUT
section where you complete your purchase. If you click BUY NOW
by mistake, don't worry - the CHECKOUT section allows you to
return to shopping to make additional purchases.
THE SHOPPING CART
The shopping cart is your customized list of items selected. You can
delete items from your shopping cart and change quantities of an item.
You not only get a current list of items selected, it also gives you
a running total of your costs (excluding shipping, discounts and
applicable taxes). Once your shopping cart reflects your desired
purchases, click the UPDATE ORDER button to assure all changes
are incorporated into your order.
PURCHASING MULTIPLE QUANTITIES OF AN ITEM
If you want to purchase more than one of the same item, there
are two ways to do it. You may click on the ADD TO CART button
once for each item. For example, to purchase three Wagtails, click
the ADD TO CART button next to Wagtails three times. Be sure to wait
after each click for the page to refresh! The second option
is to manually enter the quantity when you view your shopping cart.
CHECKOUT
When you are ready to complete your purchases, click CHECKOUT from any
page of the catalog or from the shopping cart. The CHECKOUT section
will list all of your selected items, quantites, prices, total costs
(excluding shipping and discounts), and taxes (applicable
only to PA businesses). All payment and shipping information is entered
here. Modifications to your purchases cannot be made in the
CHECKOUT section - click the VIEW SHOPPING CART button to make changes
to your order.
COOKIES
You must be able to accept cookies on your browser in order to create
your own shopping cart and make purchases.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are computed based on weight of items, carrier, and
shipping address. You can call 888-426-5537 (toll free) or 800-533-6561 (toll free)
to determine your shipping costs. If paying by check or money order,
you will need to call for shipping costs and your order will be shipped
upon receipt of payment.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept COD orders, CHECK, MONEY ORDERS, ON ACCOUNT, VISA, MC, DISCOVER and AmEx.
COD orders will have $9.00 added per package.
Make checks/money orders payable to Colker Company, Inc.
There is NO MINIMUM ORDER!
ORDER NUMBER
When you accept your order on the checkout page, a screen will display giving you an order number.
Either print this page or make note of the order number as this makes an easy reference should you
have future questions about your order.
